2025 Annual General Meeting ("AGM")

Updates as at 25 March 2025, 9.00 am (Singapore time)

Suntec REIT AGM is being convened and will be held in a wholly physical format at Level 3 Summit 1, Suntec Singapore Convention & Exhibition Centre on 17 April 2025, 2.30 pm (GMT +8). There will be no option to participate virtually.

Unitholders and appointed proxies may participate in our AGM by:

  • submitting questions in advance or live at the AGM; and
  • voting at the AGM
    • live by the Unitholder or his/her/its duly appointed proxy(ies) (other than the Chairman of the AGM); or
    • by appointing the Chairman of the AGM as proxy to vote on the Unitholder's behalf at the AGM.

Submission closes (for questions submitted in advance of the AGM)

The Manager will endeavour to address all substantial and relevant questions submitted in advance of the AGM prior to or during the AGM. The responses to the substantial and relevant questions will be published on Suntec REIT’s website and on SGXNET prior to the AGM and by Friday, 11 April 2025.

7 April 2025, Monday,
2.30 p.m.

Deadline for CPF and SRS investors who wish to appoint the Chairman of the AGM as proxy to vote on their behalf at the AGM to approach their respective CPF Agent Banks or SRS Operators to submit their votes.

5.00 p.m.

Deadline for Unitholders to submit request for hardcopy of Annual Report 2024.

15 April 2025, Tuesday,
2.30 p.m.

Deadline for Unitholders to submit the AGM proxy form
17 April 2025, Thursday,
2.30 p.m.
(Registration commences at 1.30 p.m.)

Suntec REIT 2024 AGM

  • Unitholders, including CPF and SRS investors, and duly appointed proxy(ies) will need to register personally at the registration counters and should bring along their NRIC/passport to enable the Manager for verification purposes.
  • Unitholders may also raise questions at the AGM itself, and the minutes of the AGM which will include the responses to substantial and relevant questions from Unitholders will be published on Suntec REIT’s website and on SGXNET as soon as practicable.
